Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Items that are marked or smell will not be accepted for a refund.

Postage for returns and refunds must be paid in full by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Returns may take up to 14 days from the point of receipt to be processed.
